- Become a customer via the My BASE app. Conveniently order your prepaid SIM card via the app and have it delivered to your home straight away.
- Did you buy your SIM card online, via the app or together with a start voucher in a shop? Then you can now activate it in the app too!
- We have fixed several bugs.
In this new version we are launching the possibility to keep your usage outside your subscription perfectly under control. You can block costs outside your monthly plan or set a limit amount, including third-party services. Change your limit or switch them off at any time. You can do this for your own number or for any other number on your BASE account. It is also possible to set a separate limit for payable third-party services.

We keep on improving the My BASE app. Listen to your voicemail messages via the voicemail option under ‘More’ in the menu. Listening to and managing your voicemail messages has never been so easy! We also fixed some minor bugs.
The most important new feature in this version is that you can activate 5G if you have a 5G compatible device and a recent BASE subscription. Whenever you are at a location where 5G is available on the BASE network, you will enjoy a super-stable connection.
We also make it clearer for additional users on your account which actions they can perform themselves and which must be performed by the manager of the line.

We keep on improving the My BASE app. The most important new feature in this version is the dark mode. As from now you can choose to use the app in light or dark mode, entirely in line with your day-to-day smartphone use. If you have a contract with a smartphone deal, we now show you an overview with the residual values for each month of your contract. Next to this we also fixed a few minor bugs.

We keep on improving the new BASE app. An important new feature is the option to manage possible other lines on your BASE account in the same app session. On the start screen we now show you your usage notifications, f.i. when you exceeded the amount of your monthly bundle. Blocking specific services like premium rate numbers or international calls can now be done under your Settings menu. We also enhanced the user experience of some services and fixed a limited number of bugs.
We keep on improving the new BASE app. When topping up your phone you will now get a complete view of the different bonuses you receive with your top-up, you can now also pay the BASE invoice of someone else by selecting a number from your contacts. We also enhanced the user experience of some services and fixed a limited number of bugs.
You can now easily activate e-billing, view a payment summary when paying invoices or topping up. We have also made some improvements in the usage history, and on the app landing screen you can now dismiss messages you no longer want to see by swiping to the left.
Even more control over your usage thanks to the option to block specific services such as international calling, roaming or premium numbers. You can now easily activate a direct debit, add attachments to your contact form, block your SIM card and choose how to receive your usage alerts. What’s more, we have made some improvements to changing your plan, to managing your options and topping up. For instance, you can easily select a number from your contacts to top up.
What’s new? Even better user experience, fixes for a few bugs and a solution for the login problem for Android users. What's more, you can now also check your top-up history and usage details (with extensive filtering and sorting options).
